At CANI Investments, we are passionate about the real estate investment industry. We invest primarily in apartments with 30-100 units as our primary focus. We have a goal of adding 1,000 units to our portfolio by Q4 of 2025.
Using a value added approach, we measure success by our performance. We measure performance by real returns on your equity invested and by long term “future” capital appreciation on the real estate asset acquired. Our focus is on reaching our mutual short and long-term goals, thereby continually earning your trust and confidence.
